If you wish to obtain a copy of your own transcript, please click on the following link: Transcripts through Parchment service
 
Education verification requests (individuals or organizations):
 
  • Former students must provide a signed release form showing authorization from the student.
  • Specify the student’s name as it appears on our records
  • Provide full date of birth, and year of graduation or years of attendance (if student did not graduate from Highlands High School)
  • Requests will be processed in the order it was received, with priority given to current students
 
Diploma requests:
 
School can provide a transcript (see above) but does not have copies of diplomas

HHS Registration/Enrollment hours:
8:30am – 12:30pm
Email the registrar to schedule a meeting time
 
ENROLLMENT:
 
  • All enrollment applications must be submitted online by a parent/guardian on the Twin Rivers Unified School District website at: https://aeries.twinriversusd.org/OnlineEnrollment/ 
  • We will reach out to you once we have received and reviewed the application.
  • Please enroll with an email address that you check regularly, to ensure you do not miss any communications from us. 
 
DIS-ENROLLMENT:
 
  • We must receive confirmation of enrollment from your student’s new school before we can take them out of our school database.
  • If you need records to enroll your student in the new school, please submit a transcript request form to Elizabeth.amaya@trusd.net along with a copy of your photo ID and a list of items you need. 
  • We will provide from our database system: unofficial transcripts, grades, and immunizations. 
 
 
All textbooks, materials and computer must be returned to the school site.
